The State Social Inspectorate is a public administration authority subordinate to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, located in Chisinau municipality, which carries out its activity in accordance with the Regulation on the organization and operation of the State Social Inspectorate, approved by Government Decision no. 802 of October 28, 2011, amended by Government Decision no. 313 of 24.05.2023 for the amendment of some Government decisions (concerning the strengthening of the capacities of the State Social Inspectorate in the context of assigning responsibility for accreditation of social service providers)
